Personalised products

Every order is made to order and cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns. If the likeness or quality is not right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will re-illustrate the affected pages at no charge, or refund the order at our discretion.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you upload and, for photos of a child, that you are the parent or legal guardian.

Characters we can illustrate

Story Petal illustrates real children, real pets and real toys. We do not make books starring trademarked or copyrighted characters (superheroes, film, TV and game characters, branded toys) or anyone other than the child in your care, and we do not accept uploads of other people’s artwork. If an order asks for one, we will let you know and refund it in full.

Licence

Your finished books and cards are for personal, non-commercial use: print as many copies as your family needs.

Turnaround

Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates. We will always email you if an order is delayed.
