What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone and shipping address; the photos and character description you upload; and payment details handled entirely by our payment provider (we never see card numbers).

Photos and your character

Photos are used solely to illustrate your order. We train a private image model for your character that is used only for your order and is deleted, along with your photos and any character previews, 30 days after delivery. Your download links stay live for 90 days, after which the generated files are deleted too. We never sell, share, or use your photos to train anything else. If you use the optional painted preview at checkout, the character description you typed (never your photos) is sent to our image-rendering provider to paint it.

Children

Orders must be placed by an adult who is the parent or legal guardian of any child pictured. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Emails

We only send emails about your order. No marketing lists.
